HealthTrainX website information

Privacy Policy

Clear information about this website, your choices and the roles of HealthTrainX and its partners.

Effective: 23 October 2026. This notice explains how HealthTrainX handles information through HealthTrainX.com. It covers this website, not the independent websites of our partners or social platforms.

Who to contact

For privacy questions or requests, email healthtrainx@gmail.com. Our New York contact location is 20 Exchange Place, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10005, United States. Office visits are by prior arrangement.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Keep initial inquiries brief. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or detailed medical records through public comments or an initial inquiry.

Where comments are enabled, WordPress receives the comment and the name, email address and optional website you enter. The comment and chosen display name may become public after moderation. Email addresses are not displayed as part of the public comment.

Website inquiry and quotation forms

When you submit a website inquiry, we receive the contact details, category, message and other fields you complete, including any product, quantity or service context. Native inquiry responses are saved in the website’s private administrative response area, and administrator notifications are sent to healthtrainx@gmail.com. These responses are not public comments. If you choose the Google Forms fallback, Google processes the submission through that service; its privacy terms also apply. Use these routes for initial inquiries and quotation requests, not detailed medical records or payment-card information.

Technical data, analytics and cookies

Our hosting and WordPress services can process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Login and comment functions may use cookies. If you choose to save your comment details, your browser may retain them for a later comment.

The website uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand visits, traffic sources and page interactions. Analytics may process cookie identifiers, device and browser details, approximate location and page or link interactions. We do not need your private inquiry text for these measurements. Your browser, consent controls where available and Google settings may affect collection. Learn about Google’s practices at Google Privacy.

Videos and external content

Our featured YouTube players load after you choose to load a video. Loading a player connects your browser to YouTube and may share technical information with Google. YouTube controls and links remain available. Other content, including some product images, may load from the relevant provider’s servers. Their privacy practices apply to those connections.

Partner and affiliate links

Clicking an external link takes you to the named provider. Affiliate links may include a referral identifier. The provider may use cookies or other attribution methods under its own policy. We may receive referral activity or commission reports from a partner where supplied. A website click alone does not establish that you bought a product or completed a signup. Payment and delivery information entered on a partner site is handled by that provider.

How information is used and shared

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange requested services, moderate discussions, understand website use, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Hosting, email, analytics and other service providers may process information for these functions. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or security concerns. We do not publish private inquiry details as testimonials without permission.

Retention and protection

Information is retained for the purpose it was collected, relevant business records and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record type and service. Public comments may remain with an article unless removed; backup copies can persist until they are replaced under the provider’s backup cycle. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

A fixed automatic deletion period is not currently configured for native inquiry responses. Website response records, notification emails and backup copies may have separate retention periods. To request access, correction or deletion, email healthtrainx@gmail.com with enough information to identify your inquiry; do not send sensitive identity documents in your initial request.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to load a video, decline optional cookies where a control is offered, adjust browser cookie settings or avoid entering optional information. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, or raise an objection to processing. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances. We may need to verify a request and retain information required by law. Do not include sensitive verification documents in the initial email.

Children and international visitors

This website is intended for adults seeking information or services, including parents and caregivers. It is not designed to collect children’s personal information directly. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted such information. Providers may process data in countries other than your own; applicable safeguards and rights depend on the service and law.

Changes

We may update this notice as the website or its services change. The effective date above identifies this version. If a new form, checkout or subscription service is introduced, its collection notice should be reviewed before you use it.
